Strict Process Flow Diagram (PFD) follows a strict sequence: Raw Material (Bright Bars, Grade SCM415H, 16MnCr5) → Soft Grinding → Heat Treatment → Hard Grinding → Facing / OD/ID Chamfering → Finish Grinding → Inspection → Packaging. Each stage has defined specifications and is documented and inspected before moving forward.
Delivers a case depth of 0.3mm to 1mm as per OD and drawing specifications and consistent hardness of 58–64 HRC, giving our pins the wear resistance and shock-load tolerance required for high-stress engine environments.
We source certified bright bars and maintain material test records for every batch, giving OEM customers the traceability documentation they require.
